Canal House overlooks the Ala Wai Canal, Ala Wai Golf Course, and Koolau mountains. This building consists of one bedroom condominiums and has eight units per floor with four hallways and two units per hallway. Ocean view can be seen from the open walkways on the ocean side from the 12th floor and above. Units start on the 7th floor with secured parking on the floors below. All units are furnished with full kitchen, stacked laundry, and two wall mounted air conditioning window units. All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed in the rental units without the owner's consent. Canal House has easy access to the Waikiki Library for internet and research, Kapiolani Park for jogging and bike paths, and is three blocks from Waikiki Beach.
